According to the Hollywood celebrity gossip site, The Hollywood Gossip, Kim Kardashian is not a credit card thief!

According to celebrity gossip, the lawsuit was brought upon the Kardashians by Brandy and Ray J's mother. The statement from the Kardashian's rep is the following:

“The charges against the Kardashians are meritless. Both Kim and Khloe were employed by the Norwoods and never used their credit cards without their express authorization. The Kardashian family looks forward to proving the absurdity of these claims in a court of law,” the statement concluded.

Why would the Kardashians have a motive for credit card theft? Aren't they wealthy and famous for not being famous? Isn't Kim Kardashian pretty much a part of the new breed of celebutantes?

However, according to celebrity gossip site, TMZ, the suit claims thousands of dollars from unauthorized payments were charged in the family's Dash and Smooch stores.

Kardashian is also accused of giving the American Express card to other members of her family, including Khloe, Kourtney, and Robert Jr. The three supposedly ran debts of $120,635.

Kardashian dated Ray J and infamously appeared in a sex tape with him. Since then Kardashian has been featured in celebrity photos with the likes of Paris Hilton, as well as her own reality show.
