After taping a rebuttal in a FunnyOrDie clip, she recently shot another spoof, appearing alongside with “one of the greatest fake presidents,” Martin Sheen, who played President Bartlet on The West Wing, as she herself declared she was running for “fake president.”

According to the Hollywood celebrity gossip site, The Hollywood Gossip, Kim Kardashian is not a credit card thief!

According to celebrity gossip, the lawsuit was brought upon the Kardashians by Brandy and Ray J's mother. The statement from the Kardashian's rep is the following:

“The charges against the Kardashians are meritless. Both Kim and Khloe were employed by the Norwoods and never used their credit cards without their express authorization. The Kardashian family looks forward to proving the absurdity of these claims in a court of law,” the statement concluded.

Why would the Kardashians have a motive for credit card theft? Aren't they wealthy and famous for not being famous? Isn't Kim Kardashian pretty much a part of the new breed of celebutantes?

However, according to celebrity gossip site, TMZ, the suit claims thousands of dollars from unauthorized payments were charged in the family's Dash and Smooch stores.

Kardashian is also accused of giving the American Express card to other members of her family, including Khloe, Kourtney, and Robert Jr. The three supposedly ran debts of $120,635.

Kardashian dated Ray J and infamously appeared in a sex tape with him. Since then Kardashian has been featured in celebrity photos with the likes of Paris Hilton, as well as her own reality show.

Desperate Housewives’ actor injured

AP - Gale Harold was in critical condition Wednesday after the “Desperate Housewives” actor crashed his motorcycle the day before, a hospital spokeswoman said. Harold was awaiting further tests at USC Medical Center, spokeswoman Adelaida De La Cerda said. She gave no further details on his injuries. Publicist Nancy Seltzer said Wednesday that Harold fractured his shoulder, and “Housewives” creator and executive producer Marc Cherry said he apparently has swelling on the brain but is expected to recover.

“We’re hearing he’s going to be fine, but he’s going to be recovering for a couple of weeks,” Cherry said. Selzer said no one else was injured, but did not provide further details on the Tuesday wreck, which was first reported by TMZ. The California Highway Patrol said it had no information about the accident. Harold plays Jackson, the boyfriend of Teri Hatcher’s character Susan Mayer on the ABC show. The character plays a pivotal role in the fifth season’s eighth episode, a November sweeps installment which finds several Wisteria Lane residents trapped inside a nightclub fire. Cherry said Harold had been filming scenes all week for the episode and had been scheduled to be on set Tuesday. He said they would await the actor’s prognosis before deciding how to proceed, but that at least some changes would have to be made.

Jessica Simpson isn’t officially engaged to Tony Romo, but she says the two are in it for the long haul.

“I think any person who I’m gonna date for longer than six months, I definitely am investing in something long-term,” the actress and country singer tells the December issue of Cosmopolitan.

“If I get married again, then it will be the last time.”

Simpson, who was married to fellow singer Nick Lachey from 2002 to 2005, adds that Romo is not her usual type – and that’s a good thing.

“I’d always fall for guys I wanted to save,” explains Simpson. “For the first time, I fell in love with someone who saved me.”
